Helen Joyce Kenney 83, of Tiskilwa passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Helen was born on August 11, 1939 in Princeton, Illinois to Charles and Georgia (Kirkpatrick) Kenney. She attended Tiskilwa High School and graduated in 1957. She received her Bachelor's Degree from ISU and Master's Degree from University of Illinois.
She taught elementary school in Kenosha, Wisconsin and later returned home to participate in the family farm. Helen was active in her community and church. She facilitated numerous church and community enrichments.
She is survived by brother Robert Kenney, sister Janice Kenney Stewart and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald Kenney and sister Marilyn Jones.
There will be a memorial service for Helen at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31 at Tiskilwa Community Church in Tiskilwa, Illinois.

Oh, I am sorry to read about the passing of Helen. She was such a neat lady and I really admired the way she conducted the meetings of our garden club. She made everyone feel welcomed. I will always remember her kind smile and her knowledge of gardening. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.
