  1. Frances was a remarkable woman. She was my 4th grade teacher and always a friend. I still have the many notes she sent me throughout my high school and college years. I can remember planning a class reunion many years ago, and it was suggested we invite her, and of course she came. I came to love school because of her and I became a better person for having known her, as well as Frank. Condolences and blessings to her family.
