Guestbook

  1. RIP Winona, I always enjoyed visiting with you and Uncle Ed when you visited Peoria. You were a wonderful lady.

  2. Ed Bennett was my uncle and I, also, knew Winona from choir when we both attended church in Sheffield. She was a dear person and I always admired her for getting her pilots license after she and Uncle Ed married. I was privileged to know her. Sandra

  3. Becky, Tom, Debbie, and Laura — an era has passed. Our two families have had a connection since the 1940’s, but now we’ve lost ALL of our parents. I’m so glad I got to see Winona at her 80th birthday celebration a few years ago. I can’t make it to the visitation or the service, but please know that I’m thinking of you, as is my entire family. Loren Myer

  4. I knew Winona only briefly because I interviewed her for a Bureau County Historical Society video project (“We Remember”). She was so full of laughter and great attitude, it was impossible not to be crazy about her. Sorry for your loss.

  7. Becky,
So sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I just read about it. She and your dad, both who loved to tease me, always treated me so nicely and your mom’s smile was worth a million dollars. You are in my prayers.
