William L. Crow

 William "Bill" L. Crow, 65, of Dover, Illinois passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Iowa City VA Healthcare System, Iowa City, Iowa.

 Bill was born March 17, 1956 in Moline, Illinois the son of Raymond Crow and Patricia (Johnston) Patterson.

 He married Michelle "Shelly" Heuer in Tiskilwa, Illinois April 24, 1992. She survives in Dover.   

 He is also survived by two children: Joshua Crow of New York, Zach (Ali) Crow of Peru, Illinois; two step-children: Amy (Joel) Drozda of Princeton, Illinois and Dawna Todd of Independence, Kentucky; four grandchildren: Hunter, Nique, Jackson, and Kenleigh; his mother, Patricia Patterson of Dover, Illinois; three siblings: Theresa (Rick) Osborne of Michigan, Donald (Debbie) Crow of New York, and Donna Crow of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by his father, his step-father, John Patterson, one sister, Shirley Moats and a brother, David, in infancy.

 Bill served in the United States Army.  

 He loved riding his motorcycle, fishing, working on cars, and morel mushroom hunting. Bill never knew a stranger and enjoyed visiting with people and spending time with his friends.  

 Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Princeton Moose Lodge in Princeton, Illinois from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021. Burial will take place in Prairie Repose Cemetery, Dover, Illinois Saturday, June 12, 2021 following the Celebration of Life.
