Terry Michael Foster

Terry Michael Foster, Sr, 68 of Buda, passed away peacefully at his home, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.  Terry was born in Kewanee, IL on August 31, 1954, to parents, Kenneth and Florence (Adams) Foster.  He was a 1974 graduate of Western High School.  He married Joan Morris on December 15, 1984 at Bunker Hill Church in Buda. 

Terry is survived by, his wife, Joan of Buda, daughter, Kortney (J.P.) Foster of Buda, his son, Terry (Jayme) Foster, Jr. of LaMoille, Grandchildren: Matthew, Bryson and Connor of Buda, Rodney, Raelynn and Reed of LaMoille.  He is also survived by his brother, Alan "Tiny" Foster of Buda, a sister, Debbie DeBates of Lostant, his nephew, Kendall Foster in Buda, his mother-in-law, Beverly Morris of Princeton and many nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by 4 infant children, his parents,  his sister, Linda Skaggs of Missouri and his nephew, Kory Foster.

Terry enjoyed being outdoors; hunting, fishing and camping.  He also enjoyed scrapping for metals and was very skilled at woodworking.  Terry and Joan spent 38 years attending the Fort Madison Tri-State Rodeo.  Terry's passion, however was spending time with his family and friends. 

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 8th at 11:00am at the Seatonville Community Church in Seatonville, IL.

Visitation will be from 4-6:00pm at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton on Tuesday, March 7th.  There will also be a short visitation time from 10:30-11:00am on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, before the 11:00am service at the Seatonville Church.

Cremation rites will be accorded after the funeral.  Memorials may be directed to the family.
