Stacey L. Ryan, 48, of Wyanet, Illinois passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton, Illinois surrounded by her family.

She was born August 8, 1971 in Princeton, Illinois the daughter of William D. and Donna (Taylor) Brown.

She married Richard Ryan in Princeton, Illinois on August 6, 2005. He survives in Wyanet, IL.

Also surviving one son: Jordan Brown of Princeton, IL; 3 daughters: Abbigail (Dillon) Mattingly of Manlius, IL, Bryanna (Nick Kunz) Smith of New Bedford, IL, and Dominique (Sal Guerrero) Smith of Peru, IL; 6 grandchildren: Landen and Maci Mattingly, Maya, Brantley, Colton Kunz, and Amelia Guerrero; her mother: Donna Brown in Princeton, IL; one sister: Trisha (Chris) Maynard of New Bedford, IL; mother-in law, Mary Ryan of Wyanet, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father, Bill Brown, her brother, Rob Brown, her sister, Lesley Brown and her father-in law, Kenneth Ryan. 

Stacey attended Princeton High School, Princeton, IL and Educators of Beauty in La Salle, Illinois.

She was a secretary at Taylor's Way for 8 years.

Stacey enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with her grandkids.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton with Father Daniel Gifford officiating.

Burial will take place at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, Princeton, IL.

Visitation will be from 5-7pm Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton, Illinois. Rosary will be recited at 4:30pm prior to the visitation.

Memorials may be directed to the family or the Wyanet Fire Department.
