Rosemary Kiesewetter, 95 of Bradford, IL passed away December 14, 2016 at 7:10 p.m. at Heartland Health Care, Henry, IL. She was born September 29, 1921 to Ivan & Anna (Willis) McFarlin in Washburn, IL. She married Francis Kiesewetter April 20, 1944 in Metamora, IL. He died November 6, 1999. Survivors are three sons, Dennis (Jean) Kiesewetter of Bradford, IL; Terrance Kiesewetter of Bloomington, IL; Randall Kiesewetter of Bradford, IL; Seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Clay McFarlin; sister, Zona Kiesewetter. She was a life long farmers wife where she and her husband, Francis farmed starting in 1948 near Bradford. She graduated from Low Point High School. She held several part time jobs to fill in including Amway, Beeline Clothing & Tupperware. Rosemary was active in the Alter & Rosary Society at St. Patrick''s Catholic Church, Camp Grove. She was an active jokester & story teller previewed in The Peoria Journal Star as a "Show Stopper" in 2001 for her performance at talent show at a local county fair.

  1. I was able to visit with your Mom a few times at Heartland when my Mom and Dad were in care there as well. She always wit and a smile. She will be missed.

    I was sorry to hear that your mom passed away. My deepest condolences to all the family. I remember seeing Rosemary a few years ago while while she was living in the Metamora area. We had a nice chat while she was shopping in East Peoria.
