Rich was my son Dylan’s Father, he was most often fun, kind and lighthearted. Rich never met a stranger that didn’t walk away a friend. There are so many hilarious stories I could tell, Rich had the worst luck… so many bad things happened to him and he would just laugh about it later. One of those stories was when we first met we went out to the bar with friends, I was sitting on his lap talking to people and I turned to say something to Rich and I accidentally stuck the end of my beer bottle in his eye, I didn’t even notice that it happened but he told me that I stuck it in his eye and then turned back around to gab some more and when I did
I pulled the bottle back it caused a suction… lol. He explained you almost sucked my eye out!!! Lol So whenever he talked about that memory he would say he was “beer bottled by his old lady” I’m laughing right now thinking about the way he used to tell the story. He was so funny.
I’m glad for the time that Rich and I shared, they really were some of the best times of my life & without him I wouldn’t have my handsome son. Thank you for everything. Rest in peace Rich
My brother. You had the kindest heart. Too good for the suffering you endured. I love you always. Rest with your son and Jesus.
