Paul R. Phenix, 63, of West Peoria, Illinois died Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Unity Point Methodist Hospital in Peoria. The family would like to thank the Unity Point Methodist Hospice for their exceptional compassionate care and kindness. He was born December 5, 1954 in Peoria, Illinois the son of Charles E. and Muriel B. (Bentley) Phenix. Paul is survived by his mother, Muriel Phenix and his sister, Mary (Arlie) Tucker of Libertyville, IL. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Phenix. Paul was a graduate of Peoria High School and Western Illinois University. He last worked for the Bailey Group at the Woodridge Professional Building in West Peoria. Cremation rites will be accorded and a private graveside service will be held at the Bradford Cemetery in Bradford, Illinois.
