Norma J. Camp, 87, of DePue, Illinois passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton, Illinois.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A visitation will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton, Illinois with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Bonnie Micheletti officiating. Burial will take place in Searl Ridge Cemetery, Princeton, Illinois.
Norma was born May 2, 1933 in Princeton, Illinois the daughter of Harold E. and Ruby M. (Decker) Steele.
She married Carroll Rawling in 1960. He preceded her in death. Norma married John Camp on May 27, 1995 in Bureau, Illinois. He preceded her in death November 22, 2016.
She is survived by six sons: Larry Steele of Peoria, IL, Danny (Bobette) Steele of DePue, IL, Steve (Debbie) Steele of Lacon, IL, Brent (Dawn) Rawling of San Diego, CA, Jerry (Darlene) Rawling of MS, Troy (Benji) Rawling of Las Vegas, NV; four step-daughters: Rebecca (James) Erwin of Bureau, IL, Susan (Riley) Travis of Wyanet, IL, Robin Eikenberry of Rock Falls, IL and Carol Jo Jensen of Ottawa, Illinois; 4 step-sons: Kelly (Karen) Camp of Normal, IL, Clifton (Kat) Camp of Brookfield, NH, Jeffrey (Jessica) Camp of Joliet, IL, and Allen Camp of Princeton, IL; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters: Janice (Richard) Klieber of Ladd, IL, Cathy (John) Zarins of WI, Sharon Steele of Ladd, IL; two brothers: John (Joyce) Steele of DePue, IL and Ronald Steele of Spring Valley, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, five siblings, and one son, Randy Rawling.
Norma was a waitress for many years at the Ranch House in Bureau, IL.
She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Norma enjoyed to cook, going to yard sales and riding in the dune buggy. She was a member at the Bureau First Congregational Church.

We truly loved Norma! She was so full of life and full of beans! She was such a Great Lady! She will be sorely missed.

So sorry to hear about Norma. Mom will really miss her. I can still see her dressed up in her outfit and walking to the Ranch House on her way to work.
