Michael K. Foster, 56, of Wyanet died at 11:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, in Wyanet. Born Jan. 8, 1955, in Princeton to Dean E. and Beverly (Phillips) Foster, he married Christine S. Forth Aug. 30, 1974, in Buda. She survives. He was a 1974 graduate of Western High School. He retired from Burlington Northern Railroad, where he worked from 1974 to 2001. Also surviving are three sons, Jeremy (Holly) Foster of Dover, Jerad (Allison) Foster of Wyanet and Chad (Kelsey Jensen) Foster of Wyanet; one daughter, Dana (Doug) Sayler of Princeton; five grandchildren, Jordan Foster, Paige Foster, Dylan Michael Sayler, Drew Sayler and Layne Foster; two brothers, Dennis (Sue) Foster of Kewanee and Jim (Pat) Foster of Galva; three sisters, Kris (Russell) Bisbey of Waterloo, Iowa, Delka (Norman) Bisbey of Buda and Debbie (Glenn) Shreve of Fort Myers, Fla.; and two aunts, Dorothy Einsele of Bloomington and Rosalie Foster of Joliet. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Bunker Hill Church of God, Buda, with the Rev. Fred Criminger officiating. Burial will be in Bunker Hill Cemetery, rural Buda. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton. Memorials may be directed to the Wyanet Rescue Squad.
I worked with Mike at BNSF. You have my deepest sympathies. Mike was a good man.

Chris, Thank you for telling me about the
video tribute to Mike. I watched it tonight and it was wonderful. You had a
beautiful life together and raised a very
nice family. You are in my thoughts.
