  1. Words are never enough. Jay was a part of our family. We’ll look for pieces of him in all our walks of life.

  2. I found this clipping while going through our things in our Santa Fe home. Jay was always cutting things from magazines & newspapers as well as writing sayings & poems & the like down on tiny pieces of paper. I’ve adopted it as my message from MY Jay. The Jay I knew through & through…

    I Am Not There

    Do not stand at my grave and weep;
    I am Not there.
    I do not sleep.
    I am a thousand winds that ?blow;
    I am the diamond glint on snow.
    I am the sunlight on ripened grain;
    I am the gentle autumn rain when you wake in morning hush.
    I am the Swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circling flight.
    I am the soft starlight at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and weep;
    I am Not there I do not sleep.
