James Patrick Tisdale
July 28, 1944 ~ March 3, 2021
James Patrick Tisdale passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
He was born in 1944 and raised in Chicago by his parents John and Emily (Wiater) Tisdale.
He is survived by his brother, Terry, in Arizona.
Jim was drafted into the army at 21 and returned home after his enlistment where he was a diesel mechanic until retirement.
He moved to Sheffield, IL to be closer to his granddaughter, Isabella, shortly after she was born.
A few things he loved were fishing and spending time at the Hennepin Canal and Mautino's state fish and wildlife area, listening to music, and telling jokes.
He will be laid to rest privately in Hopeland Cemetery right next to one of his favorite fishing spots. Memorials may be directed to his family. Online condolences may be sent to www.grant-johnsonfh.com.
