Imogene Hall, 86, of Bradford, Illinois died at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at her home.
She was born September 5, 1932 in Pekin, Illinois the daughter Edward and Emma (Blanchard) Shannon. Imogene married Charles Hall in Pekin, Illinois on July 30, 1950. He preceded her in death on October 18, 2006.
Surviving are 2 daughters: Debra (Gerry) Villager of Chillicothe, IL and Kathy (Alan) McMullen of Bradford, Illinois; 3 sons: Charles Douglas Hall of Bradford, IL, Lindy Scott (Debra) Hall of Bradford, IL, and Keven Michael (Lisa) Hall of Milton, FL, 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death her parents, her husband, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
She graduated from Pekin Community High School. She was self employed in retail. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and enjoyed quilting.
A private family service will be held. Burial will take place in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Bradford, Illinois. Memorials may be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
I will always remember Aunt Jean sitting on the floor playing with all of her children and the laughter and happiness filled the air. That will always bring a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. Hugs and love.
