Helen I. Aaron

Helen I. Aaron, 101, of Princeton died at 10:41 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at Liberty Village of Princeton.

Born Aug. 24, 1917, in Princeton, the daughter of Holly Melvin Early and Edna Adell Bower, she married Paul William Morris Aug. 22, 1935, in Ashland, Ohio. He died June 10, 1958. She married Robert Clifford Aaron Jan. 24, 1963, in Dixon. He died Aug. 6, 2015.

She graduated from Ohio High School in 1935. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Marsh of Princeton and Sharon (Ed) Jensen of Princeton; four grandchildren, Paul (Kathy) Swanlund of Wyanet, Jack Daniel Swanland of Malden, Dana (Jeff) VanAutreve of Tiskilwa and Rob (Marilyn) Jensen of Princeton; five great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Robert Earley of Seffner, Fla.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Willard Earley; and a granddaughter, Tammy Jo Jensen.

A private family service will be held, with Pastor Curtis Odell officiating. Burial will be in Elm Lawn Memorial Park.
