I am proud and honored to be one of the many “children” that Frank and June mentored over the years. Both are missed greatly but they will never be forgotten as their positive influence and spirit will thrive for generations.
Sadly, I am unable to be there to celebrate the life of Frank Yohn. I am in Suzhou, China. I wish that I could be there to be with all of the folks who knew Frank and June, just hear their stories. God Bless Frank and June!
We extend our Prayers, Sympathy and Love during this time. Keep Trusting in Jesus. John 14:6 Jesus saith…I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.
My dearest Great Uncle Frank. What a beautiful reunion you must be having in Heaven with Great Aunt Junie and my mom and the rest of our family. I will truly miss you always and I love you so very, very much!! I will always cherish my memories with you and Aunt Junie. The only salve to my broken heart is the fact you are finally reunited with Aunt Junie because I know how much you loved her and missed her so. Till the day comes when it’s my time to go home to Heaven I will always miss you and love you very much. Please give my mom and dad a big hug from me ok? I love you Great Uncle Frank! You will live on in my heart always and forever! â¤
Thank you Frank (and junie) for your love , guidance and being an integral part of my life and the kids Tom and Kamee’s life. So happy we had such a great Christmas call this year!! Love you!!
This is a poem I wrote in tribute toy great Uncle Frank. I will miss you!!
I CAN IMAGINE (Tribute poem for Great Uncle Frank)
Today as those who love you gather
to celebrate your life
I can only imagine what Heaven must be like
No more pain for you to tolerate
Just lots of laughter, happiness and joy
Because your reunited with those you loved that went home before
I can just imagine you still happily smoking your pipe
As you prepare to go fishing
Oh that would be a joyful sight
With Aunt Junie at your side and my mom not far away
I can imagine you are catching mullet
while enjoying a boat ride on a glorious sunny day
I bet they still call you the Mullet Man because of that delicious smoked fish
I bet people are in Heaven lined up for it
Or Aunt Junie kicking your rear throwing those horseshoes
I know that is something she loved to do
I can just imagine the beautiful and wondrous sight that will be
To see all of you healthy, happy and carefree
But until that time my dear Great Uncle Frank
My heart will miss you and I will love you from afar
But you will always be my sweet guardian angel up in those stars
Looking down smiling as you puff on your pipe
Watching over us all and smiling till it’s our last night
Then you will be waiting to welcome us home
What a beautiful sight!
God Bless you Uncle Frank
I love you so and in my heart
I will never let you go.
So until that last day here on Earth
I will just keep imagining to ease my hurt
I Iove you always and Forever!
Throughout my practice I have worked with many men who have lost their wife, Frank will always stand out. Frank’s love and dedication to his wife’s memory was heartwarming. I don’t recall him mentioning June without a tear being shed. This man was a brilliant example to others on this passage
. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— Ephesians 5:28-29
Peace be with you Frank
