Faye Aldine West

Faye "Aldine" West was born on October 8, 1939 in Kewanee, IL to Wester and Faye Naeve. She went to be with our Lord, and Savior, on April 14, 2010 at the age of 70. She loved her children, cat (Sassy), and our Lord. Her long life leaves her family with many wonderful memories. She worked at Harper Wyman Company in Princeton, IL for 27 years before retiring. She enjoyed spending her time crafting, card making, watching birds and flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, and Grandson Aaron West, she is survived by her daughters, Sue (Mark) Baker, Pamela (Mike) Bodart; her sons, Leonard (Toni) West, and Ron West (Kris Brady); sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 in the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Jeffery S. Patrick officiating. Visitation Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 11-1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Kewanee, IL Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Joshua Crow, Brandon West, Alex and Jake Bodart, Travis and Vince Brady. Honorary pallbearer Tom Wilson A meal will follow at the Bradford Baptist Church following graveside services. Memorials can be sent to Bradford Fire Department or donor''s choice

Was so sorry to hear about Aldine. It has been ages since I have seen her and wanted to send my sympathy and prayers to the family
I just wanted to take a moment to say it was a great oppurtunity to grow up with her children most of my chilhood life. The thing I remember most was that she was a hard worker. My condolences go out to you Ron,Pam,Leonard (whom were near my age) and to you also Sue and Mark. Sorry to hear of your loss.
