My condolences to all family, my prayers go with you.
I never knew Ed outside of a Cursillo setting. I had the great pleasure of being with Ed on several Cursillo weekends, including my first, when I made my own Cursillo. When meeting Ed it became apparent very quickly that he was a man who cherished his entire family. I have the sincere hope and belief that Ed was prepared for this stage of his eternal journey. May the soul of Ed Sims, and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. I will pray for Ed, and for the family and friends he has left behind.
I worked with Ed for many years at Gateway. He had a big heart and worked with great compassion with the clients he supported there. He always had a smile and a great sense of humor!!! My thoughts are with his family.
