Donna Faye Jacobs

Donna Faye Jacobs, 55, of Princeton died at 1:41 a.m. Sunday, April 3, 2016, at Unity Point Health - Methodist in Peoria. She was born May 12, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio, to Donald and Glenna (Riley) Jacobs. She graduated from West Milton High School in 1978, and was employed as a cashier for Kroger in Englewood, Ohio. Survivors include a son, Blake (Brandie) Jacobs of Princeton; three grandchildren, Khadyn Jacobs of Brookville, Ohio; Elijah Skaggs and Mia Jacobs, both of Princeton; two sisters, Clarissa Petske of West Milton, Ohio, and Dora (Bobby) Applegate of West Milton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Daniel Jacobs. Services will be at 7 p.m. Friday, April 8, at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton, Pastor Derek Boggs officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 8, at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 11 at Riverside Cemetery in West Milton, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the family of Donna Faye Jacobs which will be distributed to charitable organizations.
