David Allen Wright, 69, of Tiskilwa died at 5:22 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2015, in rural Wyanet. Born May 13, 1945, in Tiskilwa to Everett and Grace (Mayne) Wright, he married Helyn Dayle Anderson April 11, 1964, in Putnam. They divorced. He worked at AG View FS. He was a member of the Tiskilwa Baptist Church and was a Tiskilwa Town Board member. Surviving are two sons, Mark (Holly) Wright of Wyanet and Matthew Wright of Morris; one daughter, Dawn (Jeremy) Mall of Tiskilwa; eight grandchildren, Haley (Andrew) Whitlock of Princeton, Brandon Thomason of Princeton, Benjamin Wright of Tiskilwa, Emily Falk of Wyanet, Ethan Wright of Wyanet, Alexis Mall of Tiskilwa, Keegan Mall of Tiskilwa and Gracie Mall of Tiskilwa; three great-grandchildren, Parker, Anden and Emmett; three brothers, Sidney L. Wright of Putnam, Glen R. (Judith) Wright of Bradford and Rollin D. Wright of Tiskilwa; one sister, Donna (George) Pollock of Rushville; one brother-in-law, Virgil Balensiefen of Princeton; his love, Bunny Madsen of Wyanet, and her daughters, Carla (Chris) Irwin and son, Jacob, of Plainfield, Jennifer Madsen of Wyanet, Katie (Ryan) Reuter and son, Logan, and daughter, Aubrey, of Joliet; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, William, Robert and Stanley Wright; and three sisters, Bernadine Smith, Betty Balensiefen and Audrey Stroup. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 8, in the Tiskilwa Community Church with the Rev. John Gray officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Bloom Cemetery, Tiskilwa. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 7, in the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Mall, Benjamin Wright, Ethan Wright, Chris Irwin, Ryan Reuter and Cole Wright. Memorials may be directed to the Tiskilwa Rescue Squad.
