  3. I am proud to have called you a friend and a sister for over 30 years. You were someone with an infectious laugh, and sometimes a snort or two. Someone who was an amazing friend, which is evident in how many close friends she had. Someone who I would talk to on the phone for hours when I was a kid. Someone that welcomed me into her family, and would refer to me as her little brother all the time. Someone that I attended many races with at Milwaukee, Indianapolis, IRP, Michigan, Chicagoland, La Crosse, and Grundy County, to name a few. The early memories I have of buying a super rope licorice for her every week at the races. Her dumping a what seemed like 1000oz coke all over my dad at the races. Going to the WI Dells with her on Family vacations. The many times I went and visited her in IL. When she had a son I became an uncle for the first time, and cherish being a part of his life. I have so many memories with her and her family I can’t even begin to talk about all them. There is one thing I can blame her for though, and that is me becoming a Jeff Gordon fan. She may have led me astray on that one. But once Matt Kenseth entered NASCAR I quickly switched alliances. This often led to many feuds between us, but that was something we loved was giving each other a hard time about the Packers/Bears, Brewers/Cardinals, Gordon/Kenseth, whatever it was we always had to be on opposite sides. I am so thankful that I got to spend one final day with you.

I will love you forever, until we meet again.

  4. Cindy was a very beautiful kind-hearted person.I wish I would of had more time to get to know her.She was a very proud mother ,wife and grandmother. Her family and friends will keep her memory alive.God has a new angel.

  5. I met Cindy when she applied for a part time holiday position with Bath and Body Works. She always came in with a smile and had a hearty laugh. She was a hard worker , great with customers and someone who got along with everyone. I’m grateful to have worked with her for only a brief time. Whenever I would think of Cindy only good thoughts came to mind. She left a imprint for sure ! My sincere condolences to her family. Prayers to all .

  6. Cindy and I met in 2006 when we started working at Coastal together and very quickly became friends. She was just a ray of sunshine, always had a smile on her face, a positive attitude, and a heart of gold. She was a great listener and was always there if I needed a shoulder to cry on or some advice. I’ll miss seeing that big smile and hearing her say, “Hey lil Chickie!” as she gave me a big hug.

Cindy, I am so grateful I was lucky enough to meet you and grateful for our friendship. Fly high with the angels, lil Chickie. I’ll miss you.

  7. 30 plus years!! All the memories!! Your 1st wedding, I was so proud to be in it. Then you blessed me by being in mine. Racing

  8. Eternal rest grant unto Cindy, Lord,
and let your perpetual light shine upon her.
May she rest in peace, and rise in glory Amen.

Stevie – so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to you and your loved ones.
