Casey C. Kusiak

Casey C. Kusiak, 80, of Princeton, IL passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Liberty Village in Princeton.

Casey was born on August 13, 1944 in Sault Sainte Marie, MI the son of Casimer and Mabel (Bedore) Kusiak. He married Elizabeth Pawlik on December 7, 1968 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on August 16, 2010. Casey worked as a Truck Driver for Ace Hardware for many years prior to his retirement. He was a longtime member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Princeton. Casey enjoyed racing remote controlled car, but most of all cherished spending time with his family.

Survivors include three children, Raymond (Virginia) Kusiak of Poplar Grove, Dawn Kusiak of Oregon, and Steven Kusiak of Princeton; six grandchildren, Robert Pierre, Dominique Pierre, Casey Pierre, Taylor Burns, Janae Mitchell and Steven G. Kusiak; six great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Pierre, Carter Pierre, Melaine Pierre, Noah Pierre, Avereigh Mattingly and Krue Mitchell and one sister, Susan Kusiak of Chandler, AZ.

He was preceded in death by his parent and wife.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30am on Friday, September 13, 2024 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Princeton with Monsignor James Kruse, officiating. Burial of Cremated Remains will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles, IL at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Louis Catholic Church in Princeton.
