Carmelina "Carmie" Feurer

Carmelina "Carmie" A. Feurer, age 86, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 19, 1929 in Spring Valley, IL to Joseph and Emma (Mariani) Bernabei. She married Robert Feurer October 14, 1950. He Survives. She was a member of St. Patrick''s Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Society in Sheffield and a member of the Perry Memorial Auxiliary. Before she married she was employed at Westclox in Peru and then a homemaker. Also surviving her daughter, Diane (Dennis) Stocking of Concord, CA; four sons, David (Connie) Feurer of Kewanee, IL; Dan (Margaret) Feurer of Norwood, IL; Dale Feurer of Tempe, AZ; Darren (Nicole) Feurer of Sheffield, IL; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant sister, and four brothers. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation rites will be accorded and a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wyanet, IL. Memorials may be direct to the family.
