Beverly June Nora

         Beverly Nora, 82, of  Tiskilwa passed away on October 11, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Beverly was born in Princeton on November 3, 1939 to parents Forrest and Martha (Dixon) Kitterman. Beverly graduated Princeton High School in 1957. She married Lonnie Nora on June 14, 1958.  Beverly worked at Sherwin-Williams in Princeton and was the store manager for 20 years.

            Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie, her parents, one sister, and one brother.

            Beverly is survived by one brother Gene Kitterman of  Galva; her children: Cindy (Alan ) Foster of  Buda, Leigh Hendrickson of Tiskilwa, Jeff (Mary) Nora of  Wyanet, Russel ( Melissa) Nora of Wyanet, and Dr. George ( Stephanie) Nora of Aberdeen, South Dakota; Grandchildren: Kendall, Alexia and Lura Elliott; Shane and Nicole Nora; Brittney and Tiffany Nora; Lydia, David and Charlotte Nora.  She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a dear sister-in-law Louise (Marshall) Brown of Chicago.

            Beverly enjoyed fishing, birds, reading, sewing and especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

            Visitation will be held Saturday October 15 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Princeton, Illinois 2 hours prior to  at 12:00 pm services with Deacon John Murphy officiating.  Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Tiskilwa, Illinois.
