Barbara J Bivins

Barb Bivins, 76, of Princeton passed away at 11:12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at St. Margaret''s Hospital in Spring Valley. She was born July 17, 1941, in Beech Creek, Ky., the daughter of Paul Anderson and Annie Laurie (Key) Bivins. She was employed by Combined Cleaning in Princeton for over 20 years. She enjoyed her family and scratching lottery tickets. Surviving are one sister, Betty Maynard of Princeton; one brother, Jack (Sallie) Bivins of Princeton; a friend, Judy Komperda of Princeton, and Judy''s children, Rick and Casey; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 2, at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton. A service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rhonda Hollars officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Wyanet. Memorials may be directed to the family.
