Anna Margaret Stange

Anna Margaret Stange, 94 of Bradford passed away November 28, 2014 at Heartland Health Care Center, Henry, IL. She was born May 19, 1920 in Hanna City, Illinois to John E. and Mafenba (Riekena) Behrends. She married George F.Stange on November 13, 1948 in Peoria, Illinois. He passed away March 20, 2001. Survivors include one son, Charles (Camille) Stange of Bradford, IL, two grandchildren, Shannon (Brandi) Rosenbaum and Tara Rosenbaum of Round Rock, TX, great-granddaughter, Dalyla Rosenbaum of Round Rock, TX, and brother, Lester (Esther) Behrends of Tiskilwa, IL. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Donna Jean Rosenbaum, infant daughter, Martha Stange, brother, Henry H. Behrends, and three sisters, Reaka Deweerth, Tina Reinholtz and Heniertta Burt. She did house cleaning and was a farmers wife. She was member of St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wyoming, IL; A.L.C.W. at church, Sunday school teacher and the Bradford American Legion Aux #445. Services will be Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wyoming, IL at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Wendy Popp officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery, rural Wyoming, IL. Visitation will 5-7 Monday, December 1, 2014 at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home, Bradford. Memorials may be directed to her church, Bradford American Legion #445 or Bradford Rescue Squad.
