Adam Koch, 24, of Wyanet passed away suddenly on Friday, August 30, 2024 at his home, in Wyanet, IL. Adam struggled with asthma his entire life and early that Friday morning; his attack was fatal.

Adam was born on September 28, 1999 in Palos Hills, IL the son of Jennifer (nee: Langston) Koch. Adam enjoyed playing video games, basketball and kayaking with friends. He will be remembered for his kindness, gentle soul and love for cooking.

He is survived by his beloved family which include his mother, Jennie Koch of Wyoming; papa, Doug Koch; two siblings, Zachary and MaryJane; and cousin, Shane Murabito, who he lived with in Wyanet; his beloved lab, Iris; maternal grandmother, Susan Zemke; along with many other family members who will miss him dearly.

Their broken hearts smile knowing Adam is now at peace with his loving great-grandma, June Koch; maternal grandpa, Marvin Langston and other predeceased family members.

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm-7:00pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton followed by a short prayer service at 7:00pm with Monsignor James Kruse, officiating. Cremation Rites will be accorded.

Due to losing Adam so suddenly, in lieu of flowers, any donations to assist with funeral expenses will be appreciated and can be made to his grandfather, Doug Koch.
