Joanne Sisson

Joanne Sisson, 88, of Princeton, Illinois passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at St. Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley, Illinois. 
She was born October 23, 1933 in Streator, IL the daughter of Everett and Minnie (Casey) Davis. 
She married Richard Sisson in 1954 in Princeton, Illinois. They were divorced for over 30 years. He passed away in January 2012. 
Joanne is survived by one daughter, Vicky Troxell, of Ottawa, IL, one son, Mark Sisson of Loves Park, IL; five grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one brother, David (Shirley) Davis of Magnolia; and several nieces and nephews. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Clara Davis, Peggy Davis, and Jenny Skaggs; and five brothers: Carl, Marion, John, Donald Davis, and Walt Davis. 
Joanne worked at Harper Wyman for 30 years. 
Cremation rites will be accorded and a contact free celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Online condolences may be sent to www.grant-johnsonfh.com.
