Ashley Marie Walters, 32, of Wyanet passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Peru, IL.

Ashely was born on September 30, 1992 the daughter of Thomas Walters and Cathie Hansen. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant until she no longer could due to her illness. Ashley was a very giving person and would go out of her way to make special gifts for people she cared about. She enjoyed cooking, thrift shopping and being outdoors. Most of all she loved her children and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two children, Ariani DiTola and Micah Franklin, parents, Cathie (Ken) Campbell of Wyanet and Thomas (Nancy) Walters of Walnut; siblings, Jonathan Campbell, Liberty Campbell, Aidan Campbell, Kenny Campbell, Haley Campbell; paternal grandparents, Linda Walters of Buda and Mike Walters of Wyanet; along with aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ashely was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Tanny and Dick Hansen and uncle, Rodney Hansen.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Bradford with Debbie Johnson, officiating. Burial of cremated remains will immediately follow at Bradford Cemetery in Bradford.

A memorial has been established in Ashley’s memory.
